Tyretrak Returns Policy

Tyretrak Pty Ltd will accept returns within 7 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met –

• Tyres must be in new, unused condition
• Tyres must not have been fitted to wheel rims or driven on for any period of time

Please ensure that you have ordered the correct tyres. If incorrect tyres are ordered, or your order is cancelled following delivery, please note that a restocking fee of 5%+GST will be charged under these circumstances.

 

Tyretrak Returns Process

If you need to return tyres, please contact your Tyretrak Representative who will provide you with a Returns Form for completion.

A Tyretrak delivery driver will attend your business to pick up tyres for return when next delivering in your area. Please do not deliver tyres for return directly to our warehouse.

If entitled to a credit/refund, your credit/refund will be processed when tyres have been received by our warehouse staff and deemed to be in satisfactory condition. In the case of incorrect ordering or cancellation following delivery, a 5%+GST restocking fee will be incurred.
